Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

By placing an order with PrintxnMore Advertising Inc., you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Quotes & Orders

All quotations are valid for 14 days. Orders are confirmed only after 50% deposit is received. Final payment is due before delivery or pickup.

3. Production & Delivery

• Standard Turnaround: 3-5 business days after artwork approval
• Rush Orders: 24-48hr available for digital printing. Extra fee applies.
• Delivery: Available in Monrovia. Delivery fees apply based on location.

4. Artwork & Proofing

Client is responsible for providing print-ready files. We provide 1 free proof. Additional changes may incur design fees. PrintxnMore is not liable for spelling errors approved by client.

5. Payments & Refunds

We accept cash, mobile money and bank transfer. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations after production has started will be charged 50% of total order value.

6. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee premium quality. If there is a production error on our part, we will reprint at no cost. Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery.
